Do you fly in bad weather?
We do not fly in rain, high winds, or conditions with potential for prop icing. We also monitor the KP index and will reschedule if geomagnetic conditions could affect flight performance. If weather forces a reschedule, there is no charge.
How long does it take to receive the finished footage?
Standard delivery is within 5 business days of the shoot. Rush delivery in 24 to 72 hours is available for an additional fee.
Do you offer video editing and post-production?
Yes. Full post-production is included on every project including color grading, editing, and delivery-ready file formatting. We also produce vertical video cuts for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
Do you offer recurring packages for construction projects?
Yes. We offer weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly scheduled site visit packages for construction teams that need consistent aerial documentation throughout a project.
